Sarnia Cherie is approached by a sloping tarmac drive.
There is off road parking with space for three cars.

There is one small step at the front door and one more step leading into the carpeted hallway.
The breakfast room is carpeted and leads off from the hallway.

There are 13 carpeted steps leading to the landing, there is a bend in the stairway where the steps narrow slightly. There is a good solid banister rail.

All bedrooms are carpeted and en-suite

Front Double Shower Room: Tiled with walk in shower.
Back Double Bathroom: Carpeted with Bath (step over 19") with overhead shower.
Front Twin Bathroom: Tiled with Bath (step over 24") with overhead shower.
